About BVG Foundation
It all began with one man’s vision for his nation’s progress. The man, Mr. Hanmant Gaikwad, as an engineering student in 1997, combined his two passions: India’s sustainable development and helping the less privileged. Hon'ble Mr. Hanmantrao Gaikwad established the 'Bharat Vikas Pratishthan' in 1993, a non-profit organization. The primary objective of this organization was to assist rural youth in utilizing their skills and providing services to various establishments   What began as a simple idea to offer easy employment to the nation, the NGO has bloomed into a full-fledged company. Over the past two decades, it has steadily progressed. This journey has led it to emerge as the BVG Group, headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, now, the largest integrated services enterprise in India. The company’s mission aligns closely with the Government’s ‘Swachh Bharat initiative’.

Founders Message

Dear Readers,

It is with great joy and pride that I reflect on the remarkable journey we have undertaken together since the humble beginning of BVG in 1997. Our inception was not merely the start of a business venture; it was a heartfelt commitment to Bharat Vikas, inspired by the timeless wisdom of Swami Vivekananda.

Over the years, our dedication has borne fruit, propelling us into a prominent force in India's service landscape. What began as a small step in 1993 with Bharat Vikas Pratishthan (BVP) has evolved into a beacon for rural employment, setting the stage for BVG's transformative odyssey.

Beyond the realm of corporate achievements, what truly sets BVG apart is our unwavering commitment to employment generation and human-centric principles. We have embraced diversity, providing opportunities to those often overlooked—unskilled workers, widows, and uneducated youth—offering them world-class training and a chance at a brighter future.

As we navigate the path toward our vision of positively impacting 10 crore lives by 2030, we believe that humanity should always come first. Our mission is driven by a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals and communities by focusing on health, education, women empowerment, skill development, environment, and livelihood areas. This approach represents a holistic and sustainable development of less privileged communities through various initiatives, reflecting our commitment to social, economic, and ecological empowerment.
The core programs within this model, such as the "Poison Less Farming, Healthy World" initiative,
the "Healing Hands" program for traditional herbal medicines, and the "Unity in Play" initiative
for grassroots sports promotion, demonstrate our dedication to making a meaningful difference.
By connecting global innovations to local needs, we are not just building a company;
we are contributing to the collective progress of our beloved nation.
We are committed to working alongside like-minded individuals, organizations,
and governments to ensure that our collective impact drives real, meaningful change.
Together, we can build a world where humanity, the environment, and prosperity work
hand-in-hand for the greater good.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each member of the BVG family for their tireless
efforts and unwavering commitment. Together, let us continue shaping a future that
propels us all forward.

Warm regards,
Hanmantrao Gaikwad
